ROBBY BELL RACING RESULTS
Like so many of the great desert riders, Robby Bell started young: his dad first took him to the desert to go riding at age four. The very next year, at the grand old age of five, he entered his first race. By the time he was 16, he decided to try his hand at motocross, and won the first event he entered, at Barona Oaks. Moving up immediately to the novice class, he qualified for Loretta Lynn’s in the 125 C Stock and Mod classes, then moved up again the next year to the Intermediate level. There he was sidelined with injuries, but in 2004 qualified for Loretta’s in the 250 B Stock and Mod Classes.
For 2005, Robby Bell will be competing in the SCORE and Best in the Desert series. He views this as an introductory year, with the goal of learning how to better race in the desert, and becoming part of a winning effort in the Baja 1000. He’ll just be turning 20 towards the end of the year, but this young Red Rider is already red hot. With the support of the Honda Off-Road Racing Team behind him, he’ll be a force nobody can afford to ignore.
